Hi, I’m Belén. I was born in Asturias and adopted by the city of Barcelona, where I studied graphic design. I was lucky enough to witness the birth of digital postproduction and for 16 years I worked in compositing, postproduction design, crew management, shooting consulting.
In 2002 I started a change of direction towards film direction until today.
After hundreds of audiovisual pieces of all kinds, postproduced and/or directed by me, I can say that I am still in love with advertising, that today it is a pleasure and also a challenge to «continue in this» in a world crazy for communicating, announcing, expressing, defining, where the «windows» have multiplied and the screens have filled everything.
I put my soul and my heart into every project. I love my job. Good ideas excite me. I assumed each project as a life experience. I love working in a team…final result is always the sum of the different talents. And definitely, I believe in advertising.
